General terms and conditions

  • The booking is final after you have paid a deposit by postal order or bank transfer and received written confirmation from us
  • You will still be charged for late arrivals or early departures in relation to the booked period
  • In the event of cancellation before the fourteenth day before the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit will not be returned.
  • In the event of cancellation after the fourteenth day before the date of arrival, you will be charged for the entire booked period. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
  • Prices are shown per apartment per day for a minimum stay of 4 nights
  • The price includes weekly change of kitchen and bath towels, heating, gas, water, electricity, and final cleaning.
  • The tourist tax of €1.35 per person per day is not included in the price (minors up to the age of fourteen are exempt from paying this tax)
  • The number of people occupying the apartment cannot exceed that indicated in the booking confirmation
  • We ask our guests not to smoke inside the building
  • Check-in from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm; please let us know if you will arrive after this time
  • Check-out by 9:00 am
  • The bill will be settled directly on check-in or the evening before departure
  • Small four-legged friends are permitted if agreed when booking
  • By placing a booking, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of stay
