General terms and conditions

The booking is final after you have paid a deposit by postal order or bank transfer and received written confirmation from us
You will still be charged for late arrivals or early departures in relation to the booked period
In the event of cancellation before the fourteenth day before the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit will not be returned.
In the event of cancellation after the fourteenth day before the date of arrival, you will be charged for the entire booked period. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Prices are shown per apartment per day for a minimum stay of 4 nights
The price includes weekly change of kitchen and bath towels, heating, gas, water, electricity, and final cleaning.
The tourist tax of €1.35 per person per day is not included in the price (minors up to the age of fourteen are exempt from paying this tax)
The number of people occupying the apartment cannot exceed that indicated in the booking confirmation
We ask our guests not to smoke inside the building
Check-in from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm; please let us know if you will arrive after this time
Check-out by 9:00 am
The bill will be settled directly on check-in or the evening before departure
Small four-legged friends are permitted if agreed when booking
By placing a booking, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the terms and conditions of stay
